4th Quarter Content

This quarter, we are studying linear equations.  Students are learning how to graph and solve linear equations.  They are also learning how to translate between equations, graphs, tables, and equations used to represent real-life situations.  Students are also learning how to find slope and to graph using slope-intercept form.  After state assessments, students will study algebraic fractions, factors and exponents.  We will finish the year with a project relating math to real-life.

"The essence of mathematics is not to make simple things complicated, but to make complicated things simple."  ~S. Gudder
