Where am I?

Orchestra

Welcome to the Spring Hill High School Orchestra Page!

The Spring Hill School District offers a string orchestra program, which begins in 5th grade and continues through high school. All classes are a yearlong and meet every day. The programs continues to grow every year.  I am constantly impressed with the dedication, talent and well, awesomeness of my students!

The combined SHHS Orchestra is very busy! With three traditional concerts (Spooktacular, Winter and Pops), the orchestra also performs at the Spring Hill Community Veteran’s Day Celebration, KMEA’s Honors Orchestra, Worlds of Fun Festival Of Music, Graduation, the BOE dinner, as well as competing at KMEA’s regional and state Solo and Ensemble contest. Our musicians perform challenging music while studying music history and learning how the instruments are made and produce sound.
