Hello! My name is Lisa Coonts. This is my first year teaching at Spring Hill Elementary. I am one of the Early Childhood Special Educators. I am so glad to be here at Spring Hill working with the new Preschool team. I look forward to having a WONDERFUL year working with the children and families in my classroom! 

I graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2007 with my Bachelor’s degree in Unified Early Childhood Education. I am currently working on my Master’s degree in Adaptive Special Education at KU. ROCK CHALK!!!! 

In my spare time I love to cheer on the Jayhawk and Husker football and basketball teams. I also enjoy taking my Rottweiler, Bear, on walks with my boyfriend, working out and spoiling my cat, Gizmo. I love photography and watching movies. But by far, my favorite thing to do is enjoy family and friends!
