Elizabeth Phillips

My name is Elizabeth Phillips. I teach special education and at-risk preschool. I graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 2006. I worked as a children’s librarian doing story times for 3 year-olds. I also taught at-risk preschool in Topeka for 2 years. I am currently working on my Early Childhood Unified (birth-8 special education) degree from Emporia State University. 

I live in Ottawa and enjoy walking my dog Dakota, cooking, reading, and watching movies.
